Our Lady of the Lake — Comprehensive Stroke Center

Our Lady of the Lake is a Joint Commission-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center — the highest level of stroke certification, reserved for hospitals capable of treating the most complex cerebrovascular disease. Our interventional and neuroradiology subspecialists are integral to that program 24/7: rapid CT, CT angiography, and CT perfusion interpretation in the acute window, and emergent mechanical thrombectomy for large-vessel occlusion stroke. Working alongside OLOL’s neurology, neurosurgery, and emergency medicine teams, our team helps deliver the door-to-needle and door-to-puncture times that change patient outcomes when minutes matter most.
